Sian, I can't upload my photo again. seems tt blogger keep having problems nowadays. Ytd went to Jurong Point and had Kushinbo buffet for dinner. Thks to YQ for losing a bet to me. The food spread was all Japanese food, ranging from seafood, sushi, tempura, chawamushi, yakitori, teppanyaki, mini paper steamboat, soba, udon, salads, free flow of drinks, desserts, fruits and chocholcate fondue. We spent of our time eating the Alaska crab. The crab was steamed and retained its freshness and juice. Wow... this is the largest crab tt i had ever seen. YQ said tt mayb they soak the crab with sugar. ><" The buffet cost $39.99++ per pax and there was promo of $3 per pax ytd for those who checkout b4 8pm. As we had eat to our fullness before 8pm, we checked out to make use of the offer.

Received my sample package from fr3b and tried 3 of the sample. haiz... I cant upload the photo of the package i recieved. Shall update it next time.

I got quite a couple of posts which i didnt update on my travelogue - our 1st anniversary, the night festival, the art festival. OMG, wat i'm busy wif?

MY FC hold a welcome lunch ytd for me by treating me and 2 other colleague at a French restaurant - Au Petit Salut at Harding Road (near Dempsey Road) for lunch. This restaurant is not accessible so we went there by cab. We had set lunch which is $30++ which includes an entree, main course, dessert and tea/coffee. I chose Half dozen baked Burgundy snails with tomato and garlic butter for entree, Braised chicken leg with capsicums, tomatoes, onions and garlic, potato gratin for main course and Warm melted 70% dark chocolate cake served with chocolate sorbet for dessert (gotta top up $10). I was so so so full after the lunch that i didnt had much appetite for dinner. The food was yummy and delicious. This is my first time eating snails and they taste nice, not too soft nor too hard. It's a pity that i didnt take any shots of the food. After our lunch, I head home as my FC gave us half day break today, super good.... Haiz... but i got lesson at night so i had some rest before gg for class again.

I went to Au Petit Salut website and found that they have another outlet near Holland V. I promise YQ that I'll treat him after I got my Jul pay. The set dinner at Harding Road outlet is too ex $68++, Holland V menu is cheaper @ $38++. Well, tonite YQ gonna treat me Kushinbo buffet cos he lost a bet to me. I wld only bet wif him things I'm confident wif so tt's y he lose, haha...

Read about free product sample websites on the Straits Times few days ago and I went to register as member with them. Membership is free and points are given to redeem the sample, need to pay for the postage which depends on the sample chosen. Registered with Zample but their samples are out of stock!!! Then i tried the other one Fr3b. I had registered and just check out 4 samples - Loreal Foundation, Rojukiss Spot Light BB Cream, Eucerin Mattifying Sun Fluid SPF50 & BIO ESSENCE Marvel Mask. All these cost me a normal postage fee of $2. Now I'm waiting for their samples to be mailed to me. I even use YQ name to register an account for him cos there are also products sample for male. I asked him what are the products he wanna try and I gonna check out these products for him: Billy Jealousy Hydroplane Super Slick Shave Cream, Billy Jealousy Liquid Sand Exfoliating Facial Cleanser & Natural Face Lift series which contains 1 Ruler, 1 NUGENO MEN Face Lifting Cream, 1 Nugeno MEN Deep Exfoliating Gel and 1 NUGENO MEN Radiant Youth Essence. Hehe... so excited about it, can't wait to receive my sample and I may consider joining their store membership.

Shall talk about my new job first. Working hour wise is good cos I'm able to knock off on time and reach home before 7pm. This is really a luxury in the past. Moreover, i can reach my office within 40-45 min if there is no jam or short waiting time for the changing bus.

Working envt wise is good cos my working space is huge until YQ is so envy. Somemore my working space is at a corner where people would seldom come hence a lot of privacy.

But as for choices for lunch, it is pretty limited cos there's only a coffee shop opposite, the cafe downstair is pretty ex, the hawker centre is almost a bus stop away and the Great World is further down from the hakwer centre. My lunch kakis are the receptionist and customer relationship staff and they bring along lunch boxes most of the time which means i gonna buy back from the coffee shop opposite as I dont want to walk so far under scorching hot sun.

As for the work itself, I pretty much can manage and handle them, just that the things are messy currently. Once I sorted them out, it shouldnt be a problem for me.

Wanna upload photo for my anniversary but seems tt i had problem uploading, shall blog abt it next time.

Next weekend is Night Festival so going with YQ to the museum to watch the performance line up for the festival. Last year performance was enjoyable and this year the performance has acrobatics and fireworks. Wonder whether would it be as interesting as the one i watched during the Singapore Art Festival.
